For many years I thought I had to spend 60-90 minutes of exercise to experience results. I felt like it was a waste of time if I didn't feel exhausted afterward.

After I turned 40, I had experienced many chronic injuries and a worsening battle with fibromyalgia & back pain. I felt a bit defeated and overwhelmed. I quite literally could not keep up this high-intensity paced training.
