This 30 day challenge is for all levels to build consistency and reset your mind, body, and spirit!
Being a teacher and coach for the last 18 years, I understand the mistakes people make when starting a new program.
Most will start too hard and fizzle out fast. Very few actually stick to their new routine because they don't understand that it isn't about the intensity of your practice, but instead IT'S ABOUT CONSISTENCY!
During the next 30 days, we will practice Yoga, Pilates and Meditation 6 days a week for 30 days! You will have 5 physical practice days each week plus, 1 day of a guided meditation, and 1 rest day.
You will build the consistency and have fun doing it. Each day will be different and will challenge you but will not overwhelm you.
Each day has been thoughtfully planned out so that you feel energized, improve strength, incease flexibility and build endurance.
Most classes are 20-40 minutes long, but some are just 12 minutes. It is the perfect blend of yoga, Pilates, and mediation to keep you consistent during the month!
All you need is YOU. No equipment is needed for this program!
Through functional movement, we will train using our own body weight. Although each class is body weight only, some of the classes require a yoga block or optional pillows/bolster.

Does it matter if I'm new to yoga and Pilates?
Nope! If you're just starting out, this is the best way to find out exactly what you like! The 2020 RESET is a perfect blend of classes that are ALL LEVELS, so everyone will feel comfortable.
How do I know it's for me?
Good Question! Well, since you are here, you are curious! Why not try it out? You can try the MONTHLY pay-as-you-go Plan! If you decide you like the BYG Method, you can upgrade your account within the first 30 days to the YEARLY Plan and your first payment will be credited.
How much do I have to participate in the community?
It's totally up to you! The BYG community is amazing and very supportive. You can join the group and just follow along or you can post and share. We are always here for you!
When can I get started?
Right away! Once you join, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to join the private FB group and how to access your account. The user name is your email. As soon as you login, you will be prompted to choose a password.
What if I join the monthly plan but I want to cancel?
No problem! I'll be sad to see you go, but there will be no questions asked. Just login to your account and select "cancel my subscription".
What kind of props do I need?
For the 2020 RESET you do not need anything but 2 yoga blocks. For my other classes (if you decide to become a member), you may want a small Pilates ball, resistance band, and light hand weights. All the equiptment can be found on my Amazon page under "products".
Can I stream on my TV?
Yes! My video player supports Airplay on Apple devices which allows for streaming to other connected devices such as a television. Any smart TV with a web-browser can stream the videos.
