Hi, My name is Kerri!

I have been teaching and providing personal training for 24 years. It is my passion to help others feel good in their bodies and reach their goals WITHOUT overdoing it!

I love helping women find the magic of the mind-body connection.

You might know me on Instagram as @beachyogagirl. Thirteen years ago, I began sharing my practice to inspire and motivate myself. Hosting Instagram Yoga challenges helped me stay accountable and encouraged others to try yoga.

Today, I continue sharing my practice with over 1.2 million followers!

At 51 years old, with over 17 training certifications and 24 years of experience in training and teaching, helping others has become my passion.

At age 45, I went into early menopause. I gained 20 pounds, felt tired all the time, and couldn't figure out how to get back to feeling good in my body.

High-intensity workouts create more stress on the body.

After extensive research and much trial and error, I changed my diet and workouts and began listening to my body. I discovered something that has changed my life.

Doing less can be more.👏🏻
