Yoga Sculpt Program
Strong and Stretchy is a 4-week Yoga Sculpt Program for all levels.
Building muscle helps us boost our metabolism, helps protect our bones, and helps us burn more calories during the day and when we are resting. We practice yoga to increase mobility, build endurance, and calm the nervous system.
BYG METHOD
I am a mother of 2 teenage boys, married to a wonderful man, Nick, and I live in South Florida. I have been teaching and personal training for 20 years.

You might know me on Instagram as @beachyogagirl. Eleven years ago, I began sharing my practice to inspire and motivate myself. Hosting Instagram Yoga challenges helped me stay accountable and encouraged others to try yoga.
I created the BYG Method to help others find freedom in their bodies through breath & conscience movement.
