At 51 years old, with over 17 training certifications and 24 years of experience in training and teaching, helping others has become my passion.

How much does it cost?
I have 3 payment options: $14.99 per month, $35.97 per quarter, or $110 for the year. Your first week is 100% free to try it out. All plans are reoccurring. Cancel anytime!

Does it matter if I'm a beginner?
Nope! If you're just getting started, no worries! I will give options to modify. I also have a 30-day Beginner Challenge program to help you become more comfortable with Yoga and Pilates.
What equipment do I need for the challenge?
You can get started with no equipment! Each challenge will have a different focus. The items you need are at the top of the challenge page.
Where do I find the newest BYG challenge?
I will post the newest challenge on the "Challenges" page. It can also be found at the top of the "Practice" Page for easy reference. New Challenges will be posted on the 29th.
How long are the workouts?
Challenge workouts range from 30 minutes to 40 minutes. I have over 650+ classes on the platform, ranging from 10 to 60 minutes. Feel free to swap out a class to fit your time needs using my class directory.
What if I want to cancel?
If you decide that my BYG Method is not for you, no problem! Each plan comes with a free 7-day trial to try my classes. You can cancel anytime before your trial is over, and you will not be billed.
Where do I watch the videos?
You can access the content on any device with an internet browser, like a smartphone, smartTV, laptop, desktop, or tablet. Just log in to beachyogagirl.com and push play! You can also save it to your Home Screen and it will open just like an app!
